Valetine's Candy Binge =(

Everythingwent great yesterday until after dinner....I ate a chicken sandwich in a pita 2 Dove squares, a mini hershey, a mini butterfinger, and mini Snickers, and a Reese's cup....not so good. Back on the wagon today...good thing I have kickboxing!
Breakfast:
Low carb Pita (3) light cream cheese (1) Egg beaters (1)=5
Lunch:
Greek salad (10) , Tijuana Torta.(6) Grapes= 6












Dinner: Gen Tso chicken with brown rice (11)

Day one

Monday:
Breakfast:
Low Carb Pita (1), egg whites (1), 2% cheese(1), banana = 3pts
Lunch:
Chili(8), Smoked Salmon Bagutte with light cream cheese and arugula (8), and grapes = 16
Dinner:
Chicken with Trader Joe's KungPao Sauce, broccoli, red peppers (7) and whole grain brown rice(4) =11
1 piece dark Chocolate with sea salt= 2

On the Road Again

OK kids. I started this blog months ago and never came back. The intent was to publish photos, recipes, menus and other such aspects of my journey to thin-ness. To date I have lost 40 pounds but gained back 10 in the past two weeks due to Valentine's day, a death in the family, and sheer laziness. So...like I said ....back on the road.

The goal was originally to fit into a bridesmaid's dress for my sister's wedding in June 2006. I have accomplished that goal a bit early but the dress is still a bit snug so I have 3 more months to get rid of the dreaded muffin top...pics to follow.

Eventually I hope to get to my goal of 135 pounds by the end of the year. Welcome to the journey.....
